Grievance Redressal
MAITRI is the Single Window Portal of the state of Maharashtra for Industries.
It comprises of a physical cell as well as an online portal for providing services
and grievance redressal. MAITRI endures to address investor grievances as fast as
possible. All grievances received by MAITRI will be addressed within not more than
30 days of its receipt.
